The Register of Associations and Foundations is kept by the registry of the court of first instance (judecătorie) in whose district the association has its registered office. The tax identification code is assigned by ANAF, the Romanian tax authority.
2. About the name
On the website, the Association appears as IvaCaterina’s Waymakers Association. In official documents (contracts, sponsorship contracts, payment confirmations, accounting documents), the Association is identified by its legal name ASOCIAȚIA IVACATERINA’S WAYMAKERS and its tax identification code 50179280.
3. RUC registration
The Register of entities/religious units eligible for tax deductions (RUC) is kept by ANAF. Entry in this register is a condition for sponsors that pay profit tax to benefit from the statutory tax treatment of sponsorship, and for the Association to receive amounts redirected through Form 230.
